Who we are
Pikscape Agencia de Marketing Social Media Management (CNPJ 47.550.808/0001-06, 168 Sao Jorge Street, Brasileia, Betim, MG, 32600-284, Brazil) decides how your personal data is used. Contact us about anything on this page at media@pikscape.com.
What we collect
- When you message us by email or WhatsApp: your name, contact details and whatever you write to us.
- When you book a call through Cal.com: your name, email, the time you choose and which service it's about.
- When you pay through Stripe: your name, email, billing details and your Instagram handle. We never see your full card number.
- When we work together: the account access, brand information and materials you share with us.
Why we use it
- To provide the services you've bought.
- To reply to your enquiries and send you quotes.
- To keep the business and tax records the law requires.
We don't sell your data, and we don't send marketing emails unless you've asked for them.
Who we share it with
Only the services we need to run the business:
- Stripe, for payments
- Cal.com, for bookings
- WhatsApp (Meta), if you message us there
- Hostinger, which hosts this website and our email
Some of these are based outside the European Economic Area, for example in the US. Where that happens, the provider uses the legal safeguards GDPR requires for international transfers.
How long we keep it
- Client records: 5 years, in line with Brazilian tax rules.
- Enquiries that don't lead to work: deleted within 12 months.
Cookies
This website doesn't set cookies, use analytics or load anything from other services while you browse it. If you click to book a call, Cal.com loads its booking calendar and sets its own cookies. If you go to checkout, Stripe does the same on its own pages.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, to object to how we use it, or to get a copy of it. Email media@pikscape.com.
If you're not happy with how we've handled your data, you can complain to the data protection authority in your country.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
