Who we are
pikscape.com is run by Pikscape Agencia de Marketing Social Media Management, a business registered in Brazil (CNPJ 47.550.808/0001-06), with its registered address at 168 Sao Jorge Street, Brasileia, Betim, MG, 32600-284, Brazil.

These terms apply whenever you buy a service from us, whether through this website, a payment link, an invoice or a quote. By paying, you agree to them.
1. Our services
Each service is described on this website at the time you buy it. Social media packages, Instagram Growth, Influencer outreach, Ads management and Automation plans are billed every 4 weeks. All other services are one-off.
Our services are designed for businesses and professionals. If you're buying as a consumer, section 12 also applies to you.
Anything outside what you bought is extra work, and we'll quote it separately before starting.
2. Prices and payment
Prices are in US dollars and are the ones shown when you buy. Payments are processed by Stripe.
Prices don't include VAT or other sales taxes.
Services billed every 4 weeks are charged on the same weekday every 4 weeks, starting on the day you first pay. That's 13 payments a year, not 12. If a payment fails, we pause the work until it's paid.
Work we've quoted outside this website must be paid within 7 days of the quote being accepted, before we start.
Some costs are paid by you directly and aren't included in our price:
- Ads management: ad spend is paid directly to Meta.
- Influencer outreach: creator fees and any gifted product.
- Website build: hosting and your domain name.
3. Getting started
After you pay, we'll email you to get started. To do the work we need things from you, such as access to your accounts, information about your brand, and for UGC, your product.
Delivery times start once we have everything we need. If something reaches us late, the delivery date moves by the same amount.
You give us permission to use your brand name, logos and trademarks, only for the purpose of doing the work you've bought.
4. Delivery and revisions
Delivery times shown on the website are in working days. Where a service lists rounds of revisions, those are included. Further changes are charged at $35 per hour.
5. Cancelling services billed every 4 weeks
You can cancel at any time by emailing media@pikscape.com. You won't be charged again. We finish the cycle you've already paid for, and there's no refund for a cycle that has started.
Automation plans are the exception: they have a minimum of 3 cycles. After that, you can cancel at any time on the same terms. The setup fee is paid half upfront and half at launch. Because the assistant handles your customers' data, we sign a data processing agreement with you before launch, and the assistant always tells your customers they're talking to a virtual assistant and offers them a person.
6. Refunds on one-off services
If you cancel before we've started work, you get a full refund. Once work has started, we don't offer refunds, but any revisions listed for that service are still included.
7. Results
We do the work as described, but we can't guarantee specific results such as followers, reach, engagement or sales. Social platforms decide what they show and to whom, and that's outside our control.
8. Ownership and use of the work
Social media and graphic work. Once you've paid in full, you own the final files we deliver for your brand and can use them however you like. Anything either of us owned before we started working together stays with its owner. We keep ownership of our working files, templates and methods.
UGC. You can use the content we deliver on your own channels, such as your social accounts and your website. There's no time limit on that. Using it in paid ads needs paid ads usage rights, which apply only for the period you bought (30 days, 90 days or 12 months), starting on the delivery date. You can renew them at the same rate. Raw footage is only included if you bought it.
Our portfolio. Once you've published the content we make for you, we may share it on our own website and social accounts, including Instagram, as examples of our work. If you'd rather we didn't share a piece, or anything at all, tell us in writing and we'll remove it.
9. Your accounts
Your social accounts stay yours. We only use any access you give us for the work we've agreed. When we stop working together, we recommend you change your passwords and remove our access.
10. Confidentiality
We both keep private any non-public information the other shares during our work together, use it only for that work, and don't pass it on without permission. When we stop working together, each of us returns or deletes the other's confidential material on request. Content that has been published, such as posts on your accounts, isn't confidential and may appear in our portfolio as described in section 8.
11. Liability
Our total liability for any claim relating to a service is limited to the amount you paid us for that service in the 3 months before the claim. We're not responsible for indirect losses, or for actions taken by social platforms, such as account restrictions or changes to how content is shown. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that can't legally be limited.
12. If you're buying as a consumer
Depending on where you live, consumer law may give you extra rights. For example, consumers in the EU and UK can cancel within 14 days of purchase. If you ask us to start work within those 14 days and then cancel, you pay for the work done up to that point, and once a service has been fully delivered, the right to cancel ends. Nothing in these terms takes away rights your local consumer law gives you.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version on this page when you buy is the one that applies to that purchase.
14. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil, and the courts of Betim, Minas Gerais, have jurisdiction. If you're a consumer, you keep any rights the laws of your own country give you.
